Analisis Pengaruh Positioning, Brand Personality Fit, dan Self Concept dalam Membangun Intensi Membeli Sepeda Motor Honda BeatAlong with the development of increasingly stringent technology in the automotive world and triggered by a rise in fuel prices and congestion in major cities, automotive companies are vying to create automotive products that have best quality and certainly can be salable on market. Consequently, PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) considered it a major concern in creating Honda Beat. Initially, Honda Beat was designed for women, yet as the time goes, the superiorities of Honda Beat make men interested and not feel embarrassed in using this product as well. Therefore, this research aimed to know how the influence of positioning, brand personality fit, and self concept of the intention to purchase Honda Beat. This research obtained the samples from one hundreds respondents using judgment sampling techniques. The data analysis technique which is used is factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the research showed that brand personality fit do most significant influence on intention to purchase Honda Beat, whereas positioning and self concept do not affect significantly to the intention to purchase Honda Beat. Hence, AHM should be able to further increase its marketing activities, more sponsor certain activities related, and upgrade product quality of Honda Beat in order to shift the position of competitors products in the minds of consumers.128 -141
Pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas TarumanegaraSatisfaction and loyalty are considered as the two most important factors in service organization including higher education institution. Therefore, it is believed that studying factors that influence satisfaction and loyalty is a way to success. This research investigated the influence of price and product quality on satisfaction and loyalty. The population of this research is students of Faculty of Economics of Tarumanagara University. The sample which consists of 200 students was drawn using convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using LISREL 8.7. The result showed that price and product quality influence satisfaction and loyalty significantly. Effect of The Application of Good University Governance Principles on The Image of Indonesia University of Education (Survey on Student Perceptions Regarding The Application of GUG)Higher education in Indonesia is experiencing very rapid growth. There are 2,874 higher education institutions in Indonesia, with 14,653 departments. This results in a high competition in the industry of education. To attract the attention of prospective students or the community, all universities attempt to improve the image of their institutions. One effort to improve the image of the institution of higher education is to adopt the good university governance (GUG). The purpose of this study is to obtain the findings of good university governance and the image of Indonesia University of Education and to know the influence of good university governance on the image of Indonesia University of Education. The objects in this study are students at the Indonesia University of Education who are active in student organizations on campus Bumi Siliwangi. The independent variable in this research is of good university governance (X) and the dependent variable is the image (Y). The type of research is descriptive and verification, and the method used is explanatory survey with random sampling technique (100 respondents). Path analysis is used to analysis data dan to test the hypothesis. The results show that the application of good university governance has a significant influence on the image of Indonesia University of Education, which consists of the personality, reputation, ethics, and corporate identity. The biggest influence is the application of good university governance through accountability.The smallest influence is obtained through participation. The suggestions to improve the image of higher education institutions in Indonesia University of Education is through the development of the application of a more comprehensive, creative, innovative and sustainable good university governance.151 - 167
Marketing Airlines Internationally : Indonesia Travellers' Demography and Satisfaction Toward Domestic Versus Foreign CarrierCitra Indonesia airline in the eyes of the international community, especially the people of Europe are still failing. In conjunction with efforts to enhance national pride through the services of airlines, this descriptive study seeks to determine the demographics, satisfaction, socioeconomic and technological conditions. Analysis of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Positive-Negative Anticipate Emotion Toward Desire and Intention In The Modern Retail ConsumerAlong with the process of globalization, the retail industry grew into a business that is very influential on the world economy, including in Indonesia. The growth of modern retailers dominate the retail business in Indonesia, supported by the widespread presence of foreign retailers with modern retail concepts. Shopping trends future Indonesian society is in shopping malls and modern markets, to drive change in the behavior of a customer in the act or making a purchase decision. The development model used to describe consumer behavior that was rarely used, especially in Indonesia is The Model of Goal-Directed Behavior (MGB). MGB has a model builder factors in TPB (Theory of Behavior Plan) in addition to a review of past behavior variables and emotional factors. MGB introduced the distinction between the expectations and intentions as the variables that can motivate a person in making decisions. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze 1) whether the attitude, subjective norm, positive-negative anticipated emotion and influence in shaping the patterns of desire in the modern retail consumer behavior 2) whether the desire influence the intention in forming the pattern of consumer behavior retail modern? This study uses primary data from 202 respondents, the modern retail consumers located in Surabaya area (North, South, East, West and Central). The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified sampling judgments, while testing the hypothesis by using SEM (Structural Modeling Equetion). The findings of this research is attitude, subjective norm, positive-negative anticipated emotion influence the desire. Intention and Desire influence Perceived Behavioral Control influence in shaping the patterns of behavior in modern retail consumer behavior.175 - 187
Kajian Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen OrganisasiAccording to some experts, organizational commitment and performance are influenced by individual factors, namely, work satisfaction, stress, motivation, fairness and ethics, as well as the learning and decision making. These factors are said to be intervening variables of independent variables like organizational structure and culture, attitude and leadership style, authority, team characteristics, competence, personality, and cultural values. This research was intended to investigate the effect of organizationa culture, leadership style, and work satisfaction on the organizational commitment. This causal research was conducted at three universities in Makassar, namely, Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Negeri Makassar, and Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin. This research used a survey method involving 120 lecturers as samples wich were chosen by using simple random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was questioner. The findings and data interpretation lead to the conclusion that (1) organizational culture and leadership style have direct and significant effect on work satisfaction and (2) organizational culture, leadership style, and work satisfaction have direct and significant effect on organizational commitment. The findings imply that the lecturers need to have their commitment and concern on improving the organizational culture, leadership style, and work satisfaction factors.188 - 203
Evaluasi Pengambilan Keputusan Multi Kriteria dalam Penentuan Lokasi Season CitySelecting the best location is essential to achieve the companys success which involves several criterias that needs to be considered. Based on that, Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach especially Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized to evaluate the accuracy of choosing Jembatan Besi as a location of Seasons City, compared with Puri Indah and Daan Mogot. After determining the alternatives, criterias and calculating the weight from the result of questionnaire, consistency test is needed to test the validity. The result of the analysis using AHP show that Daan Mogot is the best location for Seasons City. Second rank is Puri Indah and the last is Jembatan Besi.204 - 216
Analisis Faktor Tumbuhnya Sikap dan Jiwa Entrepreneur di Kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri MakassarThis study aims to determine aspects of attitude and spirit among student entrepreneurs in Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data collected through questionnaire of 118 students who have been programmed Entrepreneurship courses. The results showed that theattitude and spirit Entrepreneur Universitas Negeri Makassar student was still in the low category. These results in dicate that the level of knowledge, feeling sanddesires of students from Aspect: initiative, responsibility, confidence, communication, cooperation, optimismin theface of challenges still in the low category. The implication that the implementation of courses needs to be done with a model of entrepreneuriall earning attractive, efficient and effective.217 - 228
Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi Universita TarumanegaraThe purpose of this research is to know the performance services of library in Universitas Tarumanegara, Economic Faculty. It used descriptive quantitative design research. The samples are 191 respondents by using Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis is used Factor Analysis which include tangible analysis, reliability analysis, responsive analysis, assurance analysis and empathy analysis. Leadership is one of the topics that are important to deal with changing business environments and advances in information technology is increasingly complex. It is always interesting to bu studied and researched, as well as the most widely observed phenomena of the least understood. This study aims to determine wether there is a significant effect between transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employees. Sample taken at random as many as 30 people from members of the population. Variables studied were transformational leadership styles as independent variables and employee job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Data analysis technique used is a simple regression. The results of regression analysis showed that there was a significant effect between transformation leadership on job satisfaction of employees.240 - 250
The Correlation Between Micro Analysis Factors of Location and Consumer Purchasing Decision in Plaza SemanggiPlaza Semanggi has positioned itself as a means to fulfill the need for entertainment. In shopping industries, location is a very important factor. In fact, many people look for malls adjacent to their homes. Many researches have been done to observe the correlation between micro analysis factors and consumer purchasing decisions in the Plaza Semanggi. In the past one decade, location factor has become the main consideration for investors before deciding to invest in buildings and facilities. They believe that the location factors will affect the consumer purchasing decisions significantly. This research is done to reveal the relevance of this concept.251 - 261
